Subscription options

We understand that due to Covid-19 and the work from home requirements, your parking situation may have changed.

During this time we’re offering our subscribers a few different options so you can choose what suits you best, whether that be pausing or cancelling your subscription, or continuing with a reduced rate.

Check out your 2 options:

1. Put your subscription on hold

If you're temporarily not using your car park but want to keep it for when you return to your normal routine, let us know and we'll put your subscription on hold.

2. Cancel your subscription

If you want to cancel your subscription, please get in touch with our support team so they can arrange your cancellation. We'll be sad to see you go but wishing you all the best!
