How does Transient Parking work for parkers?
Visitors simply drive to the entry gate of the car park.
The ANPR camera reads their vehicle plate.
A session is started automatically for their vehicle.
The gate opens and they park in the designated transient section.
Before they exit, they need to go to a pay station, scan the QR code, and enter their vehicle registration.
The system will recognise their vehicle and display their session details.
They add their payment method, and once complete will be ready to leave.
Once they drive to the exit gate, the camera will read their plate, and the payment will be processed.
The gate will open and their session will end automatically, with the option to receive an email receipt.Can we set our own pricing and availability?
Yes — you control the rates, time restrictions, and when bays are available for public use (e.g. after-hours, weekends, or during office vacancies).
Will our tenants still get priority?
Absolutely. Tenant parking is managed separately, and you can choose which bays are made available for public use and when.
What happens if the car park is full?
If a driver tries to enter when the car park is full, the system will notify them and offer the option to enter briefly (up to 15 minutes) to turn around and exit — no charges apply.
Do we need to install new hardware?
Yes — to enable automated access and accurate occupancy tracking, Eagle Eye security cameras are required. These cameras allow license plate recognition and real-time monitoring, enabling seamless entry, exit, and car park management. Our team will coordinate installation and setup as part of onboarding.
What support is available?
Our team provides full onboarding, ongoing account support, and 24/7 help for parkers via the microsite or app.
