The motivation

When the anchor tenant at a substantial Camberwell Junction office building they own vacated, it presented a significant challenge but also a chance to turn adversity into opportunity. While undertaking a full refurbishment of the property and securing pre-commitments from tenants, there were more than 125 parking spots that were not producing income.
