Do I need to get rid of my existing spreadsheets?
No. Send over your current spreadsheets, plans or lease documents. We use them to structure your initial Foundation build, and you keep working as normal while that's happening. Once it's live, everything moves over to Parkable from there.
How long does setup take?
Most clients are live within days of confirming billing. If you've added mapping, allow about two weeks for your maps to be built once your spaces are logged.
Who can access Foundation once it's live?
Property managers, asset managers, portfolio managers, leasing agents and security teams, depending on who you invite. Everyone works from the same live data, in real time.
Is my parking data secure?
Foundation is Parkable's internal-only system of record. It runs on Parkable's secure, cloud-based platform, with permissions and validation controlling who can see or edit your data. The people whose details are recorded (tenants, drivers) have no login and no interaction with the system.
Can Foundation handle a full portfolio, not just one building?
Yes. Foundation can be bought for a single building or an entire portfolio. We'd recommend starting with your whole portfolio if you can. The more of it you bring onto Foundation, the sharper the insights, and the easier it is to spot revenue opportunities and compare performance across every asset you manage.
