Ginni, Shannon and the team at MOAA were facing a big problem with their parking situation. They owned 35 parking spaces but had to lease an extra 37 spaces at a third-party lot, costing them $200 per space each month. This added up to $88,800 every year! Managing these spaces took hours of admin time each week, and the 35 owned spaces were reserved based on how long someone had been in the military.
