Who can access the parking spaces?
You can easily add or remove parking access for staff via their work or personal email address. You can choose to allocate each space to an individual, or as first-in, first-served for a group of parkers.
Can parking spaces be shared between staff?
Yes - parkers with an allocated space can share when they're not at work, or you can set up your parking as first-in, first-served. Because it's all done in the app, there are no stickers or swipe cards to manage.
How does set up work?
Once we’ve created your business account, you’ll get a simple onboarding pack to finish setup and let your parkers know what’s what.
Need extra help? We can sort training or setup support for an additional fee.
What fees are involved?
You'll pay for each parking space and a $5 per month fee for the Parkable software - that's it.
A refundable bond for the same value as one month's parking is also required instead of a long-term contract.
When you're getting started, it's designed to be easy for you to do it yourself, but extra training or set up assistance can be arranged for a fee.
