  • What if there are no Parkable parks in my area?

    We're adding new car parks all the time. If there's nowhere to park near you yet, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

  • Why can't I see available spaces when the car park looks empty?

    Spaces shown in the app reflect what the operator has listed and made available. A physically empty bay may not be bookable through Parkable.

  • I'm having trouble logging into my account — what's going on?

    Make sure you're using the email you signed up with. If you're still stuck, email support@parkable.com and we'll help you back in.

  • What do I do if someone is parked in my reserved space?

    If your reserved space is occupied, report a problem in the app or contact support and we'll sort it out.

  • My vehicle is locked in a Parkable site — help!

    Get in touch with us straight away through the app or our contact page, and we'll help you get moving.
