About Spring Hill
Spring Hill in Queensland is a residential area best known for Roma Street Parkland. The Parkland has gardens, waterways and an amphitheatre for hosting theatre and concerts.
As well as Roma Street Parkland, there are a few Victorian landmarks to visit, including the Spring Hill Baths and the Old Windmill in Wickham Park. The windmill was built in 1824 when Brisbane was a penal colony, and originally milled grain before being used as a gallows. The Old Museum, built in 1891, is another landmark to visit which now hosts classical and rock concerts, as well as comedy shows.
