Yes — you control the rates, time restrictions, and when spaces are available for public use (e.g. after-hours, weekends, or during office vacancies).
Implementing Parkable for an organisation or business is stress-free and seamless. We assign a customer success manager to look after you and guide you through the process of setting up your car park. This includes:
- Sending you our toolkit with everything you need to engage your members and make your new system a success
- Meeting with your admin team and teaching them how to be Parkable experts
- Rolling out the new platform to your members
- Giving you access to a local Parkable team who is always available to answer questions or offer assistance
- Delivering off-the-charts performance reports and making suggestions on how you can improve your performance even further
- We'll onboard your tenants and their employees, and help them use the tools

Good news! If your staff currently transact with your payroll and admin staff to take a car park on a cash or salary-sacrifice arrangement, we have a solution for you.
This sector of users can transact their monthly car park licence and payments across the Parkable platform. Our Terms of Service cover everything you need from a legal perspective and Parkable can process payments, distribute payables, and manage receivables for you. This service is covered under the Monthly SaaS Fee for each bay.
Every Parkable member has agreed to our Terms of Service which includes a clause where every vehicle registered on Parkable requires a minimum of a third-party insurance cover. Plus, every park listed on Parkable is insured under public liability.
Parkable is built on a trusted community, but in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, let us know and we will give you all necessary assistance.
The price is set by you the owner at a daily rate, and you can choose what the revenue split it between the owner and the tenant.
Parkable’s proprietary gate controllers are compatible with all industry-standard access gates/barriers. If you have pre-existing ANPR cameras contact us to discuss integration options.

This depends on what country you’re in, whether you have a site plan already, and how many spaces are to be displayed on your map. There is a one-off setup fee as well as an ongoing monthly fee for hosting your map. Your Customer Success Manager can provide a quote.
At the moment, mapping is only visible to administrators. We are always improving our product and launching new features, so keep an eye out for announcements!
It depends on where you want to park, and how long your parking session is. Our hosts set their own prices based on their location and demand, and most parks have both hourly and daily prices.
By selecting a pin on the app, you can see both the hourly and day rates available for your chosen car park, as well as any long-term permit options.
Nope! They receive an e-invite instead, so there’s no need to have the app.
Absolutely. You can add as many administrators as you like!
Yes you can! Parkable's app processes credit card payments.
You can use ANPR to only give access to parkers who have already paid for a weekly or monthly parking permit, or who have an active booking or parking session.
Employees can reserve sharing pool spaces via the Parkable app on the day they are released. They simply click on the building, choose a space and click 'book now'.
You will receive an automated payment for all revenue, less Parkable and bank fees, on the first week of each following month. Make sure you have your details up to date here so we can pay you.
If your park has made any revenue prior to entering these details, please get in touch so we can make sure this is also included in your next payment.

No - the map can be used to simply replace your spreadsheet for a record of service and to make easy adjustments.

Absolutely. We use a secure third-party secure payment system called Stripe for all charges.
With Parkable, any unleased or underutilised parks can be offered to your pool of tenants on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. If a tenant has more employees driving into the office than leased parking spots, the employee can book these shared parks when required and pay on a per-session basis.

Yes! EV drivers can use the Parkable app to find chargers, start and pay for charge sessions; and receive automatic receipts.
If the session gets ended upon charging completion, the unused EV charger will become available in the sharing pool.
The sharing pool can either be shared exclusively to your tenants, or also to the general public.
If parkers use our Parkable app, they can see a site with available parks on the day they are driving. They will be able to book a space for the day for the price that you set.

Our customer success team will work with you to get a visual representation of your map. This will then be digitised and developed into the Parkable admin panel to make this interactive with your groups
The cost of EV charging depends on the station.
To check the price before you start a session, go into the Parkable app and open the location pin you’re interested in!
Visitors receive an email invitation to the car park, including the address, booking time, and instructions. When they arrive at the car park they use their e-invite to open the car park access gate and drive directly to their assigned parking spot. If any issues arise, they can contact your admin team through the webpage!
With integrated access control, parkers with an active parking session or subscription can tap a button in the Parkable app to open the gates. Alternatively, you can install ANPR cameras which recognise licence plates and allow the gate to open automatically.
Many existing site plan files can easily be converted to Engrain maps - this includes architectural line drawings, technical site plans, and self-built Excel spreadsheet maps. If you do not have a site plan, Parkable can facilitate the creation of a plan which can be converted into an Engrain map and inserted into the admin panel.

You have full flexibility. You can add some of your excess, as little or as much as you like. You could even share all of your spaces to the sharing pool, and choose how many other workplaces and tenants can contribute and access these on a daily basis.

Absolutely. Tenant parking is managed separately, and you can choose which spaces are made available for public use and when.
Any unleased parking assets can be added to Parkable's public marketplace, to be booked and used by members of the Parkable community. You can alter the number of parking spots available to the public at any time, to accommodate the changing needs of your tenants
You guys rule! We support these kinds of initiatives fully. Any remuneration directed to your organisation can then be distributed by you to the charity of your choice, or simply provide the bank account number of your elected charity to us instead of your organisation's and have the remuneration transferred direct to them.

You sure can. You can either share your excess with a single anchor tenant, or multiple tenants.

Our CSM team will work with you to map your spaces and load this into the admin panel once it has been developed by our Map partnerships.
