Visitors receive an email invitation to the car park, including the address, booking time, and instructions. When they arrive at the car park they use their e-invite to open the car park access gate and drive directly to their assigned parking spot. If any issues arise, they can contact your admin team through the webpage!
With integrated access control, parkers with an active parking session or subscription can tap a button in the Parkable app to open the gates. Alternatively, you can install ANPR cameras which recognise licence plates and allow the gate to open automatically.
Many existing site plan files can easily be converted to Engrain maps - this includes architectural line drawings, technical site plans, and self-built Excel spreadsheet maps. If you do not have a site plan, Parkable can facilitate the creation of a plan which can be converted into an Engrain map and inserted into the admin panel.
