About Parramatta
Located in the west of Greater Sydney, Parramatta is considered to be Sydney’s second CBD. Visitors come for the shopping mall, great bars and eateries, Riverside Theatre and the cycle paths in Parramatta Park. If you're driving to Parramatta, there are a few options for parking.
Street parking is $4 per hour in the CBD and $3 per hour in North Parramatta, with $2 rates after 6pm and on Saturdays. Some all day street parking is available for between $8.00 and $9.50.
There's commercial parking with Secure at 49 George Street ($2 for every 30 minutes, and 2 hours max.) and 71 George Street ($3 an hour, $26 for a full day). Wilson Parking also has a car park at 80 George Street for $5 an hour and $23 for 12 hours. Shoppers at the Westfield Parramatta mall can park for free for 2 hours with extensions available at a price.
