Reckitt Benckiser launches Parkable to retain parking for every staff member

Parkable enables Reckitt Benckiser to retain their current car park with no one missing out on parking, and no additional lease costs

When Reckitt Benckiser recently had the size of its staff car park reduced, its management team was concerned that they would have to remove parking access from some employees, or find another car park to lease. Prior to the reduction, each member of staff had their own allocated parking bay, but the reduction left Reckitt Benckiser with more employees than parking spots.

However, after reviewing the data, Reckitt Benckiser discovered that when annual leave, sick leave, and out of office work were taken into account, their car park still had enough parking bays to accommodate all of their staff. To make it work, all they needed was a management tool that would allow people to share their bays with colleagues when they were away from the office.
