If you arrive to find that there is a problem at the park, get help directly through the Parkable app.
- Open the app and tap the banner at the top of the screen that reads 'You have an active session', or tap on your organisation's car park
- Tap on 'I have a problem', and then either message Parkable directly by tapping 'Message Parkable', or...
- If the problem is that another vehicle is parked in your bay, tap 'A vehicle is in my bay'. The app will ask you to make sure you're in the correct bay. Once you have checked, tap 'Next' and enter the registration number of the parked vehicle
- The app will automatically report the problem to admin. If there is another bay available, you will be assigned a new bay number
