Reserve a park

Plan your morning and commute with confidence by reserving a park for up to 30 minutes before you arrive.

1. Open the app and select a pin from the map or search box. Select the “Reserve bay” button under the green “Start parking” button.
2. The reserve bay dialog explains that the reservation will automatically start a session at the end of the 30 minutes unless the reservation is cancelled.
3. The yellow “Reserved” row indicates how much longer your reservation has to go. At the end of the 30 minutes, the reservation will be converted into a session at the displayed bay and if the park is paid, the hourly rate will begin to apply.
4. If the parker decides they will not be using the park, they can select the “Cancel reservation” button and confirm that they would like to end their reservation.
5. At the end of the 30 minutes (or if the parker selects the “Start session” green button) the session will be started and the active session screen will display.
