Fully supported rollout: Support before and after move-in to get everyone up and running quickly.
Less stress for parkers: Everyone knows where they'll park before arriving.
Extra revenue: On weekends, public parkers use their spaces and they get the revenue.
Financial Foundations Australia (FFA) is a financial advisory firm based in Melbourne. When their 10-person team moved into a new office on Camberwell Road, they wanted every detail to match their high standards—including how their staff parked each day. Parkable, a digital parking system installed by the landlord, came as part of the lease.
The lease came with seven parking spaces, managed through the Parkable platform. It sounded useful, but the team wasn’t sure if it would actually make things easier or just add something new to figure out during the move.
At their old office, parking was a daily juggle. Staff used a mix of street parking, time-limited spots, and a few leased spaces — and the odd dash to move the car. So while the new setup was different, they weren’t sure if it would be any easier.
Even though FFA hadn’t picked Parkable themselves, getting started was simple.
“Parkable was something our landlord had already set up in the building,” said Roisin Dalton, Operations Manager. “We didn’t choose Parkable ourselves, but the onboarding support made a big difference. The team walked us through what to expect before we moved in, then came back to run a proper demo once we were settled. The hands-on support made a big difference during a really busy time.”
The team quickly got the hang of it. A standout feature was the ability to share parking spaces on days staff weren’t in the office—perfect for their hybrid work setup.

Less stress, easier mornings: Staff can park without circling the block or worrying about fines. And features like in-app directions helped new commuters get straight to the right entrance.
More flexible use of parking: With 10 people and seven spots, sharing spaces became second nature. If someone caught the train, someone else could use their space.
Extra income: Unused spaces are made available to the public, bringing in extra money — even on weekends.
Turned out, the landlord’s choice was a good one.
Didn’t choose it. Didn’t need to. Just a well-supported rollout that made onboarding easy and parking simple from day one.
Nice one.
